A GLOBAL PRESENCE

With showrooms, manufacturing locations and sales offices worldwide, KI has an international presence. KI’s Corporate Headquarters is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. KI also owns three subsidiaries: AWP Wood Products, Inc., Pallas Textiles and Spacesaver.

AWP Wood Products, Inc., acquired by KI in January 1992, is located in Vaudreuil, Quebec, Canada. AWP manufacturers architectural wood doors for the office partition industry.

Pallas Textiles, established in 1988 as a wholly owned subsidiary of KI, is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Pallas Textiles creates collections of textiles for contract upholstery, panel systems and wall-coverings, textiles for healthcare environments and casements.

Spacesaver Corporation, acquired by KI in July 1998, is located in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Spacesaver manufactures high-density mobile storage systems for office, institutional and industrial applications. It is also a major supplier of steel shelving systems, rotary storage systems and storage accessories.

In September 2011, KI acquired Sebel Furniture Limited, the leading manufacturer and supplier of educational furniture in Australia with operations in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. The company continues to market and manufacture its products – along with select KI products – in its current markets and territories.

Each manufacturing location specializes in certain product lines. Below is a breakdown of where each plant is located and what product groups are produced there.
